🌃 Garmin Hrm Pro Not Working
The HRM-Pro™ series accessory calculates your running pace and distance based on your user profile and the motion measured by the sensor on every stride. The heart rate monitor provides running pace and distance when GPS is not available, such as during treadmill running. You can view your running pace and distance on your compatible Venu® 2
Winter is coming and I started using the Tacx Neo 2 yesterday. The app was updated, but still there is no heart rate (I tried with both HRM1 and HRM Run). On my Windows 10 Laptop the USB dongle is recognized properly, but the HRMs are not recognized. It works fine with Zwift, but not with the Tacx App - no connection to the HRM at all.
The HRM Pro (and HRM Pro Plus) are not chargeable. They use inexpensive lithium coin batteries that you'll need to replace when the charge runs out. How long they last depends on how often you wear your heart rate monitor. If you wear it all day, every day, it might only last a month. If you only wear it an hour a day, it could last a year or more.
Do not connect the HRM directly in your phone’s bluetooth settings. If it already is connected there, be sure to disconnect it: Settings > Bluetooth > tap the gear icon next to your HRM, and tap FORGET. Make sure that the HRM itself is in good condition: Check whether the battery of the device needs replacing
Remove the cover and battery. Wait 30 seconds. Insert the new battery under the two plastic tabs with the positive side facing up. NOTE: Do not damage or lose the O-ring gasket. The O-ring gasket should remain around the outside of the raised plastic ring. Replace the front cover and the four screws. Observe the orientation of the front cover.
